2011 Dake Manufacturing Scholarship Winner

Austin J. Glerum is the recipient of the 2011 Dake Manufacturing Scholarship. He recently graduated from Coopersville High School and plans on attending Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan to pursue a degree in Manufacturing Engineering.

“Your generosity has inspired me to help others and give back to the community. I hope one day I will be able to help students achieve their goals as you have helped me”, wrote Austin.

The Dake Grand Haven Community Foundation Manufacturing Scholarship was first endowed in 2007 in commemoration of the 120th anniversary of Dake manufacturing in Grand Haven, Michigan.
