JSJ Corporation is looking for a Human Resource Manager reporting directly to the JSJ Director of HR. This position is responsible for all aspects of human resources; including performance and compensation management, employment, succession planning, organizational development, employee relations and other employee services. This position will partner with Human Resources and business leaders throughout the portfolio to drive talent management and leadership development strategies, tools and processes in various HR and Talent disciplines. The incumbent will also be responsible for human resource planning to provide the company with the best people talent available and to position the company as the Employer of Choice.
This position is directly responsible to provide for all facets of the human resource department for the JSJ Corporate Office as well as providing direction to select human resources professionals within the JSJ portfolio of businesses.
