JSJ Corporation is looking for a Human Resource Generalist.  This position will report to the HR Shared Services Manager.  This position is responsible for implementation and administration of various human resource plans and objectives while maintaining confidentiality and consistent HR practices.  Responsibilities will include analytical data review and providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.  This position will be responsible for coordinating consistent HR practices within assigned areas of responsibility, as well as providing essential support for seven JSJ Human Resource Departments.

Responsibilities include:

  • HRIS administration and report writing
  • 401K administration
  • Benefit administration
  • Develop compliance policies, procedures and audits
  • Conduct analytical reviews and present solutions

Other duties will include: filing, record retention and developing an electronic filing system that are required to maintain a cohesive and effective HR Shared Services department.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem solving, Benefit, HRIS and Payroll skills, be customer service and detailed oriented, and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality. Educational and Technical requirements preferred: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field and 2 to 4 years of experience in HR and benefit administration.
